We have been going to Neffsville for routine doggie check ups for 4 years. We have 2 dogs and the staff is spectacular with both, even our Zoe who has some significant anxieties around new people. About 4 months ago our boxer, Benson, started with some pain that got progressively worse. We called NVC and we were able to get a same day appointment, everytime. We took my Moms 20 year old cat to Doctor Hockenberry last nite. She has not been out of the house in 9 years so we were very nervous. I can not say enough about how kind and caring everyone was to her and my Mother. We were treated like we were regular clients and Tippy was as relaxed as she is at home. I am so grateful and impressed with this practice. If you need a vet for your pet, go there. They are wonderful.
A HUGE shout out to Dr. Andrew Sloyer and the amazing staff. Our dog Logan had outstanding results with his ACL surgery due to these terrific people. We do not live close, but chose to go here due to how wonderful everyone is.
I am so pleased to have found Dr. Rouen and the staff at Neffsville to take excellent care of my golden retriever since moving to the area. I know he will be in great hands as we handle his healthcare during his senior years.
Just moved to Lancaster from Berks county. I loved the friendly staff here! They are so nice and informative. Took my 9 week old doxie there and took my almost 2 year old there three weeks later. Such a positive atmosphere!
Thanks to all the staff for continuing to keep Skippy alive and well, despite his attempts to do otherwise. So grateful to live 3 minutes away from this caring and professional place.
