I would not recommend boarding your animal here . My rescue dog comes with some basic instruction , all were ignored , and without apology. Absolutely inexcusable and bad business. I'm still in disbelief at this entire nightmare of an experience

At first I would of recommended this place, until today. The people seemed like they genuinely cared and I received a sympathy card signed by the whole staff due to having to put my animal down. I had someone call to see when I would be receiving the remains since last week when I called I was told it would be longer than the expected wait time and was informed that they cremated him with other animals and I was no longer able to take him home. RecommendedI absolutely love the staff here! They are friendly, organized, and caring. My dogs aren’t terrified of the office either. My Goldens think it’s a field trip lol. The office is nice and clean too. Highly recommend this vet.
I am new to Neffsville Vet and my puppy Finley had his first visit today! Everyone was so kind and friendly, including all of the other pet parents that were there. Dr. Blithe and Becky made sure I left prepared for my journey as a new dog mom!
Just absolutely amazing! Very kind and caring, helpful vets. My favorite are Dr Hillenbrand and Dr Blythe!
We are relatively new to Neffsville Veterinary Clinic, having transferred our four Golden Retrievers and our domestic short hair cat in the last year and a half or so from another local veterinary clinic. Their staff have all been incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the vet techs to the veterinarians! Dr. Hockenberry and the whole staff have helped to manage my 12yr old Rottie Bella's symptoms as we rule out many possible diagnosis. From the front desk, nurses and doctors everyone shows care and compassion here.
