Very thorough and thoughtfully as well as patience. Truly amazing !!!!
While this practice may offer good health care, I couldn't say since I only saw the providers 3 times. However, their billing office is terrible. They coded a nurse practitioner as a specialist instead of a PCP and I was charged a larger copay. The billing office was unreachable. No one answers the phone and doesn't respond to voicemails. I spoke directly to the provider about the incorrect billing and asked that it not happen again. They billed incorrectly again.
