I worked here for several months in two departments. I was one of a very small handful of employees who did not use drugs. The bulk of their employees are active drug users or in rehab. This is why there is a lack of quality in so many of their products. The manager over the presidential line is cabinets is great. He tries hard, is understanding, and leads by example. The Legacy Cabinet Company went above and beyond when I needed a repair on my cabinets. My builder installed them incorrectly and they were falling off the wall! They were able to come in and fix them even though they weren’t the ones to install them. I was extremely happy with their costumer service and result.
NIKKI WAS THE BEST!!! SHE HAS GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. OUR CABINETS WERE INSTALLED TODAY. THEY GOT THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THEY WERE PROFESSONAL IN THEIR WORK. WISH MORE BUSNISSES WERE LIKE YOU. GRACIAS
Where do I start? What was suppose to be a positive addition to our home ended in a complete nightmare. I would tell anyone "RUN" who is thinking to allow them to do a full kitchen remodel. My wife and I went through the ringer for about five months to have our kitchen completed (still not done but we are not in contact anymore). The contractor (John) was not responsive and completely incapable of scheduling workers to come do their jobs.
