Best dentist in town! Dr. Neal is always friendly and knowledgeable. He has the latest technology and can take care of a crown in one day. His staff is friendly and helpful. The office is there to make you comfortable and satisfied with your visit.
World's best dental hygienist! Mercedes is amazing. She doesn't just clean your teeth, she really checks them. She is super gentle but very thorough when cleaning and you walk away with a great sense of confidence that nothing was missed. Mercedes is also lovely to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable. Honestly, I usually hate going to the dentist but not this last time because Mercedes was there! Thank you Mercedes!
Dr neal and all his staff are knowledgeable and kind. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. You can tell they all care about their patients, and there is a true passion for the work dr neal does.
Professional group, great customer service and very nice people! My son and I are both patients. My son visited after nearly removing both of his front teeth on our coffee table. They scheduled us immediately, were very thorough with the exam, gave us plenty of feedback, and worked great with the little guy (he was 4, and he actually asked to go back...to the dentist!). My visit occurred when the office computer system was having issues so it would not be fair to judge Neal dental Group on that particular visit. Beyond the computer issues my experience was very positive.
