Although the hygienist was thorough, going over the same teeth multiple times. Her demeanor was very odd and seemed like she was on drugs. She talked to herself. She crammed the spit-vacuum down my throat instead of asking me to close.
I've been with Dr. Neal for over 5 years and can easily say he is absolutely worth the commute from Pflugerville to Bee Caves! I've had a number of dentists prior to him and can attest that he and his staff prioritize patient comfort. I've never had to go back due to problems with and procedure he's done, he's very honest about work that is necessary versus what can wait. My visit 8/23 was excellent as always. My appointment on time and everyone in the office was very professional & helpful.
I switched form a local dentist and Dr. Neal is amazing. He doesn't try and up sale anything which is refreshing.
In the days before leaving for an overseas vacation, found myself in urgent need of a crown for a cracked molar, and Dr. Neal was most accommodating in making time for me to get a crown in a single visit, utilizing state-of-the-art imaging and fabricating materials. He was thorough and careful. The crown is a perfect fit! Thanks, Kelly, Angela and Dr. Neal!
