The staff at Neal Dental Group are so friendly! The hygienist - Mercedes- made me feel comfortable and at ease while she cleaned my teeth. She answered all of my questions and was very thorough and yet gentle as she worked. I highly recommend Mercedes if you are setting up an appointment! The dentist is wonderful too.

This is the 1st time in many years that I have had a bad experience. The dental hygienist was rough, jamming her fingers in my mouth, picking at my gums over and over. Sometimes I felt like she didn't know what she was doing. It is very expensive to leave being dissatisfied and for just having my teeth cleaned.

Your dental hygienist was great! She used a vibrating tool that removed plaque quickly and painlessly. Much faster than scraping.
