HORRIBLE dealership!! They say 0 down but once they get you in there, they ask for a down payment. The owner is Kirk Watson, he is a UNFRIENDLY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LYING GUY!! Their cars break down. I was test driving a vehicle and the car I was driving broke down and wouldn't start. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!
They give you the run around and waste your time. They have wasted three weeks of mine and my husbands time and a drive up there that is two hours for me and my husband plus gas and also another two hours sitting at there carlot, they tell you lies and everything else.
I can't speak for the dealership, but can for the quality of salesmen they'll employ. Chad Jones is a salesman at Neal that should be avoided. I've worked with Chad personally at an independent business. We were all close friends. Money started coming up missing & the owner caught Chad pocketing it. Once he was caught, he tried to lie his way out of it. When he couldn't lie his way out, he went on a campaign to spin the situation to make himself out to be the victim; smearing the owner & myself.
