It’s not bad at all to back in. Here is explanation how to back in very easy. When you Enter turn Left, make your truck and trailer straight line. Back in to the parking lot behind you where it says no truck. Then turn left to the big parking lot where it says DO NOT ENTER. WHEN YOU ENTER THE PARKING where it says “ DO NOT ENTER” THEN YOU CAN SMOOTHLY BACK IN THE DOCK. You can see the video to get the idea how to back in. I don’t understand why some sick people make it so difficult for others.

While working at NCP, I never had any issues with the team leaders, nor management for that matter. They were pretty cool with me for the most part, and the work environment was pretty chill. HAVING SAID ALL OF THAT HOWEVER, they are very unorganized, and their business practices are very questionable and shady at best. Plus, there's just no communication at all between those in upper management.
