Today I made a phone call to NCA, National Certified Alarms, 615-777-7622, at about 4:30 pm. The man that answered the phone was so rude. He sounded annoyed from the very beginning that somebody was calling. He kept repeating that I'll have to pay $189 up front and ignoring my questions. I felt as I was talking to somebody that totally does not care about the business. When I asked for the manager he raised his voice saying: none of them here, and hung up the phone! I can't say enough about NCA. It is an Awesome Company. Love the service and the Tech. My Tech was of great help. He explained the system and made sure we were comfortable. He gave exceptional service.
We had a problem over the weekend and called NCA Monday morning. A technician was dispatched later that day and quickly resolved our problem in a professional manner.
