I have been a customer of NCA for 17 years. Every time my alarm has been tripped the system has always worked and I received a call asking if I need emergency assistance. That is dependable service which gives my family the reassurance that in a time of need we can count on. I've been an NCA customer for over 10 years. During this 10 years, I've had zero issues and been a very happy customer. I've had to transfer my service a few times. Each time I called into NCA the sales team and whole staff was great. It was very easy to schedule the changes. I would highly recommend NCA to anyone.
Good service. Had this alarm in two houses so far. Technicians come over to install and explain options, I was able to cancel via email when moving, and they call immediately when the alarm goes off.
Great service. You can reach them by often easily, the technician comes over and explains all. Prompt and forgiving response when the alarm goes off (by accident).
The whole installation experience was wonderful. All of my questions were answered. The new technology allowed us to connect our system to the cell towers, because we have fiber optic phone lines, I thought that was great.
