I have been a customer of NCA for 17 years. Every time my alarm has been tripped the system has always worked and I received a call asking if I need emergency assistance. That is dependable service which gives my family the reassurance that in a time of need we can count on. I've been an NCA customer for over 10 years. During this 10 years, I've had zero issues and been a very happy customer. I've had to transfer my service a few times. Each time I called into NCA the sales team and whole staff was great. It was very easy to schedule the changes. I would highly recommend NCA to anyone.
I've had NCA for a few years now. I was wanting to transfer service when I move but I was told I have to buy all new equipment plus pay a service fee of $69 to install it. What's the point of transferring service and keeping customers if they move. There is no incentive to keep them. I will be looking elsewhere.
The other night I set my alarm from the rather handy app on my phone. I set it to stay for the evening as my fiancé and I were laying in bed. Roughly 20 minutes go by and I hear our 14 year old son shuffling around and so forth. Without knowing the alarm was set, he opens the back door for the dog. I have to give mass kudos to this company. I've had their service for several years and the equipment is sound (and was very affordable), the call backs for alarms is amazingly quick, and customer service is remarkable. I had to cancel service because I am moving and within minutes of my online cancel request I had two emails with the cancel form and a call back. Now THAT is customer service to be so prompt even when cancelling service. I will highly recommend them to my home buyers.
