I've had NCA in the past and decided to go with their service in a new house. Received a quote from the sales team on converting a system only to later find out from the installer that it could not be converted. After it was all said and done, the install and service cost about 5 times more than quoted. My recommendation is...buyer beware because the quote is not even in the ballpark. This is an excellent company to do business with. We had an alarm system installed and every interaction with NCA was pleasant and professional. I felt like they were never trying to push any unnecessary equipment on us and the installation was quick and the technician was very friendly and professional. Every time our system has been breached! We have gotten a call! And, that one time, i wasnt 100% sure about the code! They called my husband for confirmation! Excellent customer service, and response!
