More than 25 years after serving its first customer, NCA serves now thousands of households throughout the Middle Tennessee area with monitoring starting as low as $9.95 a month. NCA, locally owned and operated, has never raised its rates and all contracts are month to month.

I've had NCA for a few years now. I was wanting to transfer service when I move but I was told I have to buy all new equipment plus pay a service fee of $69 to install it. What's the point of transferring service and keeping customers if they move. There is no incentive to keep them. I will be looking elsewhere.

The other night I set my alarm from the rather handy app on my phone. I set it to stay for the evening as my fiancé and I were laying in bed. Roughly 20 minutes go by and I hear our 14 year old son shuffling around and so forth. Without knowing the alarm was set, he opens the back door for the dog. The alarm, blaring louder than I expected starts up. Before we can get to it and enter the code, NCA was calling. Faster than expected. It was service that has been unparrelled in the past. I have to give mass kudos to this company. I've had their service for several years and the equipment is sound (and was very affordable), the call backs for alarms is amazingly quick, and customer service is remarkable. I had to cancel service because I am moving and within minutes of my online cancel request I had two emails with the cancel form and a call back. Now THAT is customer service to be so prompt even when cancelling service. I will highly recommend them to my home buyers.

Prompt, through, professional, courteous; those terms describe my experience with the folks at H C A. From the person who took my initial call to the the professional installation technician who came to convert my existing system, information was given clearly and thoroughly so that there was no chance of a misunderstanding. I feel very secure in their care.

Very professional and thorough! The guy that installed my system was friendly and a pleasure to do business with! If you're interested in getting a security system installed in your home, I highly recommend NCA!!

Before choosing NCA, we asked advice of our friends and co-workers. Literally everyone said "go with NCA". I made the call, was helped by John, and installation was made by Allen. (Allen YOU ROCK! ~ Great guy to be on the NCA team!) Now we feel secure and safe and highly recommend NCA!!!
