During our first showing, the agent was constantly on their phone, taking loudly with another client in the background, and didn't even introduce themselves properly. They were late again, wore dirty shoes into the unit, and seemed indifferent to how we felt about the space. Very unprofessional for a high-end listing.
It became obvious they only wanted to sell us properties in their personal portfolio, even though we asked for options under $800k. They kept pushing us toward a $1.2M condo in Bal Harbour without explaining why it was better than the other three places we loved. It felt like they were trying to make a commission rather than find our dream home.
