My frustration is when you ask a question, it becomes vary laborious and it takes time. The question usually relates to work reporting procedures. Legal or ethical items I research on my own and I do fine. It would be great if the local agents could meet twice yearly at the Doral location to discuss issues or other work-related items. This could result in bonding more with the local agents or nearby localities. I wont mind taking the lead in this area.
