Dr. Nayyar Syed, & his Staff are ALL AWESOME!!! In my opinion; compared to the mega-huge cancer centers they (Texas Oncology-Mount Pleasant) may be considered by some people, to be a small center, BUT, the care, concern, commitment, & compassion that I have received there is MORE than ALL the mega-huge centers put together!!! I have been going there since 2018 and have never felt that Dr. Syed and his staff were not very interested in giving me the best care possible.
I was referred to Texas Oncology due to an extremely low blood count which had no obvious reason. At my appointment I was treated as if I was their only patient at that time even though there were other patients. The staff could tell I was nervous and worried and tried to alleviate my stress. When I saw my provider I was listened to and allowed to ask as many questions as I needed to ask. Every test and treatment options were thoroughly discussed with me. Dr. Syed & Staff (Texas Oncology at Mt. Pleasant) are GREAT! I've been going there for over 2 years now, & the entire time they have treated me with utmost care, compassion, & understanding! I am truly Thankful to have found them!
Even with having cancer it is a pleasure to go to Dr. Syed plus his personnel. Everyone is so nice and helping in any way. I don't have any complaints just praise for his office and staff.
Dr.Syed is always good to visit with, good news or bad he is honest about the case and shares options. He understands completely who God is, and who he is not, we both trust in God and are thankful of the Dr.'s and treatments available today. Dr. Syed is a very good doctor. He is also a caring person. He explains your condition to you and discusses choices of care.
I usually have labs first and the lab at the center is excellent..Dr. Syed always is explaining my numbers, and where we need to go with my treatments..they are very good at taking calls for issues , also.
