We have found Dr. Syed to be personable and patient focused. He is straight forward and honest yet compassionate regarding diagnosis and treatment options. Dr Syed goes above and beyond to be available for his patients. It’s easy to see he is fulfilling his calling and passion in life. Throughout our experience we’ve had the opportunity to speak to many of Dr Syed and have only heard positive statements from both patients and medical personnel. Dr.syed along with entire staff offed a very relaxed and comforting atmosphere. Dr.Syed offed the ear and listened to concerns and explained treatments in an open discussion that one would understand.His personality and mannerisms makes one very confident in the outcome.
He has a good manner and cares for his patients in all aspects of the cancer care.
I enjoyed our visit he was thoughtful and understanding, listened to what I had to say and also had some good advice! He respected my and my oncologist’s final decision! I would recommend him for anyone in need of a good oncologist!

Dr. Syed is a caring, compassionate physician. He is very thorough with testing, to determine the need for and type of treatment one might need. Dr. Syed is open and honest, explaining things in a way one can understand. Dr. Syed really feels for his patients. He wants to make sure all patients receive the best, affordable care available. I would highly recommend Dr. Syed at Texas Oncology. If your GP refers you to him, rest assured you will receive the best care possible.
