I was recently admitted to TRMC and needed an IV. The nurses could not get blood from my access port. We had to use a vein in my arm, a trial and error procedure. I went to the cancer center hoping they could fix my port so that the next time blood was needed it would work. The nurse had the port flowing blood in no time. I was much relieved that it was still working.
Calm reassuring manner, instills confidence in the patient. Competent, assuring staff is a further asset.
Dr. Syed is most conscientious and loving and really cares for his patients. He explains what he finds in a way that gives assurance that all is well and can be corrected. Most refreshing.
I will GLADLY share about my visit: The entire staff is AWESOME! They truly & genuinely care about us, their patients! They treat all patients with courtesy, professional care! Nurse Susan is especially remarkable! She goes above & beyond to help us! Many times she is the very important liaison between Dr. Syed, pharmacy/medication orders, vital records, scheduling, and probably many more duties that I am unaware of! Thank You for Dr. Syed & his staff! They truly make cancer treatment easier on their patients!
Dr. Syed has taken care of me for five or six years of my chemo treatments. He has always taken time to explain test results and any change in the CT scans. Dr. Syed has a genuine interest in each patient he cares for.
I was recommended to Dr. Syed after having a terrible experience at another Oncologist. I was given an appointment in a timely manner, and was seen promptly without having to wait after my appointed time. He took a lot of time with me to help me understand and feel comfortable with the chosen treatment. His staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Those who work in this clinic are so friendly and helpful, we look forward to each visit. I take my Dad to almost every visit and they greet us each time in a warm welcoming way. Dr. Syed is very personable and genuinely concern about my Dad, we trust his judgement. I would recommend him to anyone.
My visits with Dr. Syed are always very informative and compassionate. He is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. He cares about his patients like they were his family. There isn't a better oncologist anywhere. I highly recommend him.
