I would not recommend Navy Federal CU to any current service members, veterans, or other qaulified parties. I have been a member of Navy Federal for 3-4 years now, and when I experienced hardship after unexpectadly losing employment last year, this company took no sympathy and has since refused to work with my in 2017 regarding settling my debt or evening lowering the APR to an interest rate that would allow my payments to go more towards the principal opposed to the interest.
