When procedures are scheduled in Labor and Delivery...and then they call to say they are too busy...we'll call you when we can take you?? Really....very poor patient care.
Customer service is failing. Automated telephone messages are no substitute for actually talking to a patient. I, like many, cannot have my cell phone with me at work due to security reasons. I received a very rude voicemail message from the staff at NMCSD criticizing me for not answering my phone or returning calls. This is absurd because I have attempted to call the same department many times and have never been able to get a human being to answer the phone. This facility is for active and retired military only
In the last 3 weeks my car has been hit twice on base and nobody seems to care there are conveniently no cameras. Just 2 dented quarter panels and $3,000 in repairs and no note left on my car. Clearly this lack of integrity directly reflects leadership.

NMCSD Hematology team is awesome! Always positive, kind, professional, and fun!
Worst place I’ve ever been to. Patients are committing suicide left and right, African American patients get neglected due to the incompetent HMs, the chain of command is a joke, the CMC only cares about certain people, and they really don’t care about us like Michael Jackson says.
