Over a year ago, I had my daughter.. the delivery team was wonderful! They were so caring and very responsive when I had questions or concerns. My after care was great, however the nurse assigned to for my daughter... was not. Even with just one bad nurse, everyone else was wonderful!
The Dermatology Department did a wonderful job when I was going through my Accutane treatment. From the front desk staff ensuring I had continuity of care with my provider (first time in my Naval career thus far & it was awesome), to my provider always making sure my stuff was done before I got to pharmacy and responding to my text messages regarding my treatment. I don’t think I could have had better care. Shout to Doc Brinker for being awesome!
When your pharmacy opens at 8am- you should be calling that first number at 8am- not prepping your computers and chit-chatting it up. By 8am you should be “open” and ready to serve customers. There are 12 windows and you have 3 currently open.
The doctors and nurses for the most part are wonderful. Trying to make an appointment or communicate with a doctor is IMPOSSIBLE! The new Voice Mail system is a JOKE!! Talking to one of the "front desk secretaries" is also a joke. I NEVER receive a call back. I can't wait until my mom's appointment. I'm going to set some things straight.
They are awful in general they do not care for their patients, the staff is rude always has an attitude. Doctors don't spend more than 5 minutes with you.
This hospital left a tumor and feclalith in my appendix for four years. You have to be some kind of special idiot to not be able to diagnose a sick appendix. A sick appendix is day one of medical school and these buttheads left it in me for four years. I was going to emergency room everyday. Everyday the laughed at me and sent me home. Finally I collapse and get taken to scripps hospital where they remove the tumor. Still to this day even after their mistake was caught they will not treat me. A HUGE thank you from the LopezDiaz family to the OBGYN team, L&D ward, post-partum mother and infant ward, and the NICU!! We are grateful for all your effort and the love and care that was given to our “tiny sailor” Alexander � the staff (everyone from Corpsmen to lactation consultants etc) were so patient and understanding and the care we received was excellent, especially considering we couldn’t follow our birth plan due to complications with baby � � #nmcsdrocks Won’t hesitate to recommend this hospital for birthing �
