Took my daughter to the ER last night she was is rough shape with whatever virus is out there, professional and caring staff one and all. Thanks to the superb night shift in the ER and the caring personnel in 4W. Our family really appreciates your service and skills.
Disgusting, filthy, simply awful facility. The staff check patients MAYBE once an hour & there’s no call button if you need something. The floors are crazy filthy! So dirty & there was blood splatter all over my room! I can’t believe this place passes any types of inspections.

The care from internal medicine and ER doctors some of the worst I’ve experienced! (Except for the nurses and HM’s, they’re great)

I don’t typically have great experiences with military health care, but all of my experiences at NMCSD have been wonderful. Most recently I went to the Breast Health Center for an annual exam I was very impressed. The staff was attentive, on time, and used all of the latest information and diagnostic practices. While that seems like it should be standard, many places I have been, military or not, fail to have the most up to date information and practices.
