We are into 3-4 years of service with Naturescape and have experienced nothing short of excellent service. Anytime we have had questions or needed a tweak on a lawn service our requests were addressed promptly. My grass went from perfect to horrible within a year I started with Naturescape. What they call 100% Guarantee is throwing seed down and not following through. It wouldn't need seed if the applications were done correctly. I never had this issue before, even when I was putting the applications down myself. The only reason I went with them was because of HIP problems. My back yard looks horrible and they are not even trying to properly correct this problem. Very poor service! My grass never looked soo bad! I had called 3 times to have someone come out and cut my lawn and no one ever came!
We had Nature Scape treat our yard and the next day we noticed a yellow tint.we called And finally after grass was dead a tech showed up and treated it. We had to have front grass Replaced at the cost of 1200.00 We had already paid Nature Scape 278.00 to treat our yard for the season. So we feel they owe us 1478.00<br /> <br /> <br />

Two years of service with a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and my yard is in the worst shape ever. I was overbilled and when I disputed the charges, my services were put on hold without me being notified.Damage from zero turn mowers on slopes, weeds abounding, zero communication, paying premium prices for the most basic service...I have spent thousands paying them to ruin my lawn, and now I will have to pay thousands more to repair damage they inflicted.

Cost is reasonable. Lawn has improved a lot this year. Still have some crabgrass issues, but this should improve with second tear of service
