I would give zero stars if I could. Will try to keep this brief. Watch out for this company! I've used them for the past few years and have always paid in full. However, this year I asked to pay per application. I requested this because the savings wasn't enough to pay in full. Last year, my bill was $309.00. This year it increased to $329.00 and if I paid in full the total bill would be $304.00. I spoke with the manager and said this wasn't enough savings for me and requested to pay per application. They do not show up on the day that you were told when they were going to provide services. When you called to inquire why, you were told they’ll show up three days later. When I called to verify snow removal services, I was told that they no longer provide the services but did not inform their customers that were expecting this to be done that they no longer do this. I regret terribly that I ever hired this company

They do not stand by their work! We hired them to do 5 applications to our lawn in the Fox Valley area. They completely killed our front yard. Our green lawn was all brown by the end of July. No one responded to emails or phone calls regarding our dissatisfaction. There is no way the technician didn’t notice our front yard went from a beautiful vibrant green to completely dead. Avoid this company at all costs as they do not care about their customers or the service they provide.<br /> <br /> <br />

Do not back their customer satisfaction guarantee at all. Do not do what they such as taking care of problem in 72 hours. They dont take care of problems at all.I have had lawn treatments for the summer, the lawn aerated and sowed. It looks no better than before they started. When they aerated and sowed it started raining befor they were finished. It came a fluid that had been forecast for a couple of days. It washed everything including the aerated plugs into thr road. Great company, knowledgeable employees, reasonable prices. Have had great service by Naturescape Lawn Care. When an additional treatment was needed they came out within 2 days. Customer service is great.<br /> <br /> <br />

I bought my house 3 years ago and continued service with naturescape. Previous homeowner had 5fert, and 5 tree and shrub service for good price and I continued for 2years. 3rd year they want to double my price , said I was getting too good of a deal , sorry. What kind of scam are you running here. Continue the same service and similar rate and not double the price saying I'm getting too good of a deal.

This is a very unreliable company. They have made repeated appointments to care for my lawn and fail to show up. The one time they did show they only fertilized on the front lawn not the whole lawn as I contracted. Make sure you dont pay them in advance you will never get the service.

Bought our house 3 years ago. We were THAT house, the one with all the weeds. We tried the first year to fix it ourselves, and the second year we contracted with Naturescape (2 neighbors use them). Within the first year everything was reasonably under control, and this year our yard was beautiful!
