In 2021 they came and sprayed my lawn, weeds gone and my lawn looked great. This year they sprayed and I have very large patches of dead grass. Their explanation-too much shade, insect, drought, needs to be seeded......on and on. How can my yard look great one year and the next they killed the grass! No satisfaction just excuses!

I still keep having weeds and have to spray them myself, they say just call and we will come back out but they should not have to if sprayed the right way. Also i paid for my brother in laws place on May 13th 2022 and they still have not come out i called several times and still waiting i was told by the end of the week of june 3rd they would be out still waiting. I am defiantly trying a different service next year i keep giving them chances every year.

Very poor service. Was promised twice they would be out and they did not show, but charged my credit card. I called the Fox Valley office and complain, they said they would get the work done and they did not show nor returned my call. I had to get the corporate office to contact the Fox Valley office to find out if they are ever going to do the work. Still waiting! Maybe the fact that I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute since they didn't do the work it will motivate them to do the work.<br /> <br /> <br />

What can I say, they suck!!! Your neighborhood kid can cut grass better!!! The "Supervisor," Christian is a joke, showed up at my house un-announced after I complained and then did not return my calls!<br /> <br /> <br />

I had lawn mowing service with them. Never come on time. Leave the place a mess with dry grass laying as hey all over the sidewalks and driveway. They even claimed they cut the grass two days ago when I called them as the grass was almost knee high.

I had my first application and I think mine lawn looks great plush and green my first impression of John the manager was great I thought he was very knowledgeable. Glad I choose Naturescape. ****************<br /> <br /> <br />

This Waukegan location has been a complete and utter joke for the past 2 years. I've never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. For 2 straight years I've had them service my lawn or lack of service I should say and to say I was disappointed would be a understatement. List of issues include... rushing through the job, one time not servicing half of my yard, not coming to the property when promised, weeds weeds weeds weeds!! Why am I paying someone to do a job when I still need to pull weeds a few hours every week?? ... read more

I live in Rockton and am serviced by Rockford office. I've had their service for 20 years and never had a reason to change. Respectful and competent technicians, very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I have. Any request I have is taken care of in a prompt manner. Very pleased customer.<br /> <br /> <br />
