We have an old house and sometimes mice get in the basement. Since nature's own pest & lawn services helping us, the situation is under control. Happily recommend to all.
DO NOT work with this company! I have had nothing but issues with them. First of all, they are doing a very poor job with eliminating the fire ant hills throughout my property. Also, after some additional issues I've tried to terminate my contract and each time I call I never get a returned call like promised. This is the now the 3rd time I've had to call and yet again I'm waiting on a return call. Unbelievably poor service.
Would like to thank nature's own pest control for sending someone to fix my heating so fast. I have worked with many companies over many years and many cities. Nature's own is certainly among the tops in each field I use. They are extremely professional, courteous and reasonable.. Their team did a great job and was very nice, curious, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you very much!!!
I am using Nature's Own Pest & Lawn Services for outside insect control and rat boxes. At another house that I lived they got rid of my gophers in one visit whereas I has been trying to kill the gophers for 2 months. Definitely worth the money to hire a professional! They are awesome.
Our technician was SUPER helpful. Today he discovered that we left our BBQ on (for 2 days!) and turned it off for us. I really appreciate that he discovered this and let us know right away. Then he resolved that situation even though it wasn't part of his duties of the the pest control service that he performed.
Nature's Own Pest Control is a fantastic local San Antonio service! I work in Property Management, and pest control is NEVER something you want to have to deal with as a landlord, but alas, it is inevitable. I found myself in a real bind last weekend with the company I normally work with. I couldn't for the life of me get them out to my building on a weekend.
