Can someone please tell me what happen to this Office? It has been closed since May 2021. I have been trying to get a copy of my medical records and I have not been able to get a hold of an office manager or doctor. Every month since May, a sign is placed on the front door, indicating that they will re-open the following month netting negative results. If anyone knows how to get in contact with someone, please advise. Thank you, Phil
