Horrible experience with Wayne who threatened me with penalty interest and to take me to VCAT when I was inadvertantly $525 behind on my OC fees. Hes rude, arrogant, spoke over me at AGM, told me my family need to help me "Elder abuse". He has now told ne not to park on common property!! Wayne Ibbott is unprofessional, rude, dismissive and physically threatened me (a woman). He does not treat his paying customers with respect. Stay away from this Body Corporate.
Wayne is an innefective BC manager - best anecdote was when he was a no-show at a VCAT hearing he organised on behalf of the owners! For contrast, his replacement concluded a process Wayne sat on for 3 years in 9 months. Wayne would struggle to manage his way out of a wet paper bag - avoid. Update: Wayne called and addressed the review by threatening to sue. If I had any faith in his ability to conduct a legal process, I might be concerned.
