We refinanced with Nations Lending recently and quickly became frustrated. We were informed that we would receive 2 months without paying our mortgage. After we signed the final documents that was not true. They gave us one month where we didn't have to pay. Nations lending informed us of something they messed up on their end and did nothing to fix it. We will not be a return customer. Worst experience with Brandon Feikle and Chris Obodzinski
Ian was absolutely wonderful to work with and took the direction I wanted, not necessarily the easy way out. I have him as a favorite in my contacts (just in case the interest rates take another dive). Nations Lending has come through for me and I have not run into anything that they didn't already tell me about up front. Very Pleased in NC!!!

My mortgage advisor, Justin, was very friendly and responsive. He always made sure my fiancé and I clearly understood what was involved in every step of the loan application process. He was always patient and we are extremely satisfied with our experience with him and Nations Lending.
Kyle was great! Nations Lending made online submission of documents fairly easy and made a lengthy process a little better. Customer service is outstanding with fast responses to questions and concerns. During COVID it was great to be able to sign and submit everything online with the only in person contact with the notary at the end. Thank goodness someone reputable is willing to loan to manufactured home owners! I was starting to feel very discriminated against until they came along.
