My wife and I were shopping for a home in March of 2021. The market is (was) extremely competitive. The house was on the market for 24 hours when we made our offer with an FHA loan but about 8% over asking price. THERE WERE SIX OTHER COMPARABLE OFFERS ON THE HOUSE THE SAME DAY. FHA loans are not as strong as conventional or cash, but Frank called the selling agent and WE GOT THE HOUSE.
