**** went above and beyond with his service on my on demand water heater. The water was turning cold and staying cold after running hot for about 5 minutes. When he came it was fine and this was not happening. He called the maker of the heater and spoke with him at length and they told him how to fix it and he did! Had he not called them this would have continued to happen on and off, since it was not happening when he arrived. Very happy with their service, they are always there for you. Highly recommended!!! ****** M

My central a/c died in June this year and with the heat wave there were no appointments available until August. Luckily I had a room unit and ceiling fans so the summer was bearable. I wasn't contacted so I called to check on my appointment. It seemed my appointment wasn't recorded and the next available appointment was in November. I was in a bind during the last heat wave after the storm. We had electricity, but no air conditioning.****** managed to have a tech respond the next day to diagnose the problem. He said it was a part that had to be ordered. It was ordered and promptly installed when it arrived.I was so impressed that i took out a service contract with this organization. *** and **** came in and replaced our water heater and also installed a water filtration system. We have a service contract with them so we were able to get service "Very Quickly"!Both guys did a Fantastic Job and were also very friendly and personable.I would also like to give a shout out to ****** as well. Very discourteous whoever answered the phone. Had 80 y/o mother in tears. Im her daughter I called to talk to the owner ***************** they would not give me his number. They installed the system a while ago. They were very nice and helpful THEN!

****** was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and what pricing National offered and put me on a plan that worked for me. I was in the middle of a meeting as he worked in the next room yet there was no disturbance. He was in and out in no time!
