First service man from National, ****, Outstanding. Great service for installation of a new heating system. **************** and his team (********************, ************, and **************) were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend National Refrigeration for all HVAC needs. I will definitely use them again!
This company does not answer the phone and Ive had a work order out since 7-18-22 . I have only received 1 text on Monday **** to confirm an opening on ****. No one ever showed up for the appointment to service my dryer. A rude lady spoke with me on Wednesday (1st person I actually spoke to during this whole process) when I called to confirm someone was still coming before 5pm. Waited all morning for them to come. Never showed. I called them - they said they'd get back with me within 48 hours. Someone called - I missed the call because I was grocery shopping. I called back within 10 minutes and got an outgoing message. For 3 days I've called and gotten the same outgoing message. Today is day 4 and I really need my fridge repaired.Don't use this company.
I know every experience with some companies are different for some people. But our experience has been terrible with Narefco! We contacted them over a month ago about honoring the warranty on our barely 2 year old refrigerator and its still not fixed. It took 2 weeks for someone to come tell us it needs a part that they have to order. Its been over 2weeks no word from them. Weve called the hold time was over 30 minutes. When someone finally picked up the phone it seemed they just hung up! The customer service there is awful!
**************** was our service professional for our central AC. He was great; answered all of our questions, explained what he would do, and took the time to look at our boiler so he could get his manager to answer if they could also service that. The charge for visit was exactly as quoted. We will use them again.

We replaced the 35 year old furnace and air conditioner with National Refrigeration. There was a crew of 5 men that arrived on time the day of installation. The work was done in December and I had heat by the afternoon. The men were very professional and worked well together. There was a issue after the installation that required additional remediation that was also handled professional. *****, the service manager along with *******, the technician came to the house and together solved the problem.
