RecommendedWent to the ER today for a totally non Cobid reason. Every single person, from security, to reception to nurses and doctors were the friendliest people ever. They were the nicest and most compassionate people I’ve met in a long while. They all deserve raises. Thanks to everyone working this afternoon/evening-you made a difference!!
Horrible food. Nurses are OK.They wake you at 3am for vitals and lab work. Seriously?They lie to your insurance that you have Covid. Now you're a prisoner. This place is horrible. I have pneumonia, not covid. But I'm in the covid wing. I better not get it.
I had surgery at Rush Copley again for the third time last week. As someone who has had frequent surgeries in her life I cannot say enough about this hospital. I wrote a big review last time and I have to make sure I do so again and give a shout out to all the wonderful nurses and staff who took care of me..... Thank you to Tina, Brook, Diane, Amanda, Jo and Sym..... and of corse Dr. Joo. This is very tuff place to work for black men. Nursing management doesn’t take racial things serious. Harry Chan and his manager. No black RNs on unit. I didn’t make it 7 months, before the fake write up came. Terrible place for blacks to work.
Kinda felt I was made a spectacle of.. As all stood around lloking at my injury.. one two seven plus way past covid standards. I had forgotten, but they threw outr my belt Jeans and keys.. No biggie to them BUT to a poor guy like me well they were my FAVS and well.. heck Keyys coud run 200+_ now a days. I dont throw [peoiple under bus but really dudes. I know i;m UNAPPERCIATIVE ALL HAIL NURSES AND DOCTORES LIKE GODS. But on the real dudes I NEVER complain but reall y in kinda felt treated like a jioke #FU
Staff in the outpatient department where all very friendly. made my daughter feel welcomed and was really good at calming her nerves before surgery. thank's
Tomorrow will be my third day at Rush Copley Medical as a patient and so far all of the men and woman that work here have shown me nothing but the best compassion, empathy and just good ole fashion bedside manner I’ve ever seen or had! Thank you to all the nurses who have made my stay great.

The nurses and doctors here are awesome. After my hysterectomy on 12/31 one nurse in particular made my stay so pleasant and comfortable. Kuddos to Megan, one of Dr. Robles’s nurses. She was an angel and really made a difference that day. Copley is lucky to have her.
