I had a horrible experience waiting to be seen at the emergency center. never was actually seen. Received a bill and contacted the patient advocate. After two calls I finally got a return call. Was told I would receive a call back with a decision. I never received that call. I have called several more times and never been called back. I want to know who to actually contact to get some resolution to this issue. The patient advocate doesn't seem to know how to do her job.

worst hospital ever most of the staff at labor and delivery are rude,disrespectful, and seem like they are new at what they do. I'm 100% that FBI have another baby it won't be here..!!

Recommendedgreat staff! I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness even when I was a big baby. With the exception of one overnight nurse, which, for all I know could have had a bad day. Everyone was helpful and encouraging. when I I was leaving It was sad to me that I probably won't ever see any of them again. Ha Knee replacement.

RecommendedTennis coaching staff are the best. They will correct and help you on the spot during class. My daughter likes it here.
