By far the most unprofessional, unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a emergency room. I told her I was bleeding from my penis and the deaf receptionist told the nurse that checks you in and does blood pressure I was there for a bleeding shoulder. Surgery was great but this is a complication from it and the receptionist should be fired. The post care update has been heinous and deliberately made to be difficult, what self respecting physician gives a pain Med for a surgica… See more
This is the worst year experience everHer doctor called the hospital to advise them. She needed a stat CT scan for possible appendicitis. We get to the ER and we wait and we wait and we wait and we wait. They finally did the CT after about three or four hours… See more
I have had the best care here. I have been here since 8 October and discharged 12 October. The nursing staff have been awesome they all treat me like a good friend they have known for a long time. They provide compassionate care and listened to me and my concerns. The doctors are great too. They spent time talking to me explaining my options and treatment. While my entry into the hospital was a bit rocky in the ER once admitted I knew I was in good hands. I really cannot co… See more
My sweet little Elias was in the NICU for about 1 month. We got him home the day before Mother’s Day, 2020. It was truly the greatest gift. The doctors and support team at the Rush Copley Medical Center were great, they took good care of little Elias and my emotions. Having your baby in the NICU for about 1 month is less than Ideal. Giving birth on your due date and not having your baby come home with you is heartbreaking, the team there made it easier. I knew he was in good hands. The pandemic made it even more difficult as... read more
Outpatient Services are horrible!!! Longest wait ever for a simple lab! Stuck in an overfilled waiting room for more than an hour and half! Unacceptable!
I had both of my babies here and the staff went above and beyond to connect with me and my husband. They never seemed rushed or annoyed, they made it a point to get to know us as much as they could. I loved the culture here so much so that I applied for a nursing position and now work for the hospital!
If it wasn’t for these doctors and staff I wouldn’t be here thank you all
Great staff and very caring
If you need a new primary care provider, Dr. Kennedy is absolutely perfect. He listens, and cares for his patients. The facilities are always clean and neat. The staff are extremely kind. Great place for medical care.
