National Life Group is weird. They support agents who are doing wrong. I provided voice and video recording evidence, also a witness (director of the agent who did wrong) to prove what happened. National Life Group still chose to side with the agent who did wrong. NLG avoid talking about my evidence, instead talk about their insurance pros. I can kind of understand why they avoid if my complaint causes their lose. When it comes to pay surrender money to policy holder, they show their real colors. I requested on 3/3/2020 for surrender due on 3/20/2020, but they have not sent me even Form(s) to pay as of today 3/19/2020. Even Service Agent not helping. They should understand that if I die by Covid-19 before they surrender my policy, they will have to pay full insured amount of policy.

I have compared National Life Group with other insurance companies such as *** **** ****, **** ******, ************, ***. I did my homework and National Life is coming up with the best benefits compared to the other insurance companies. I personally have a $1 million dollar life policy with National Life. I also want to share a testimony of one of my close friend who was diagnosed with cancer and actually is now cancer free was able to access a large sum of money from his policy. I requested a rollover for a 403b annuity. NLG said everything looked to be in good order, but that it would take 30 days to release the money. Why? I requested a rush to release the money within 3-5 days. They approved it. 8 business days later they had not released the money. I called again. They told me they hadn't released it because they can't actually approve a rush with an electronic signature (it's 2020). I had been told the rush WAS approved. I LOVE this company. I love that my family and my self can be protected! My money has been safe and I can sleep well at night I love the way this company is credited and I love how helpful everyone who has helped me is.

If I could give these guys negative stars I would. It's funny how the money I've contributed was cut down less than half. These people are crooks and I'm glad my full time career does not use these crooks for investments, insurance, etc. They couldn't explain to me how the amount of money I've contributed was cut basically in half except for a **reason (tax, inflation etc.) within a matter of a year. This place needs to be investigated specially the crooks who run the Minnesota branch I have contacted the seller multiple times and gave me the run-around for about 4 days I have called the number and no one answered these people are crooks

I have been working with National life for about 3 weeks as I set it up to surrender an annuity with them. Their customer service is pathetic. They pretend they are going to answer their phone but they NEVER do. 20 -30 minutes I have waited for someone to pick up. They don't keep you updated. The only way I finally connected was going through their sister company Equity. Equity said they have a huge volume of daily calls from National because of this fact. I cannot wait to be free of them in my life.
