I did not sign any "policy," yet they created one anyway and took money out of my account without my approval. Worst customer service ever! They dont return calls, have no knowledgable employees, and have customers on hold for Hours! Then after a 40 yr relationship, am told no agent was assigned to my account.Dont walk, run!
I put in for a request for a partial withdrawal. They sent me a confirmation letter on June 18th. They advertise a 3-5 day transaction time. It has been 9!!! days and they still have not done it. I need my money from my account for a repair on my house, and they are holding it up.I have been told it would be in my bank by today, yet they have not even done the transaction. No excuse. **************** is non existent. You can be put on hold for an hour ,till you finally give up
I am 94 years old, this company I have invested with for 35 years is forcing me to leave due to my age. Today in an attempt to do that, I held for 90 minutes. When they answered, they said they could not service my policy and tried to transfer me. I asked for a supervisor and they HUNG UP.This once good company is not who they used to be... appalled by their service.

I signed up for a policy with them, a cash-value life policy. Upon review, I did not sign this policy and informed my advisor that sold me the policy that I was not signing it. He said no problem they have a "free look policy" and you will get a refund of your first month's premium. I never saw that refund, and they continued to draw the premium from my account for 2 more months. FINALLY my advisor convinced them to stop debiting my account. National Life Group located at National Life Drive, Montpelier. I called and waited over three hours and nobody picked up. Many times. Now I am terrified that if this company is a fake because they are holding so much of our money. What can I do if they just don't respond? Somebody please advise. Are people actually covered or money stolen?
Horrible insurance company....they never answer whem I call....I faxes to withdraw my IUL, I regret trusting my money with them...never buy there insurance....

Horrible service. Submitted transfer paperwork a month ago. They refuse to give a status update, citing client privacy. Nobody answers their ****************** line....I was on hold 30 minutes. What a horrible service. Their back office won't even talk to my back office. Seems it would be illiegal to just ignore customers and hold onto their money?? what can be done about this company?
