I have three annuities with this company and have been trying to get them transferred to another investment company for three months. I have made numerous phone calls, emailed proper forms for transfer and they continue to drag their feet. Not the service or company that I would recommend to anyone!!****************

Signed up for 4 policies at the end of December. First payment in ******* my bank account was double billed and my account was overdrafted $756. I contacted company and was reimbursed the overdraft fee of $72 Second month I was double billed on one account. Overdrafted my account $70.Contacted company the following day told them that I was incorrectly billed again. I can't get in touch w anyone to help me locate my 1099R. Their wesite won't even allow me to change my mailing address and their main number just had me on hold 29 min w out even talking to a person. My rep is nice but says he doesn't have access. Who does?? I don't. I need to file taxes.

Horrible company. Agents leave and you never get assigned a new one, but old agents' info is all the contact information you have. No responses to emails. You call, get put in a holding pattern saying they'll call you back in 25 minutes, and then you receive a call an hour and a half later. Everything takes weeks: 10 business days for them to send you an email with forms, then another 15 business days for them to process your response. There is zero customer service, no way to speak to a manager, no way to expedite anything.... read more

The Company has horrible customer service I waited unsuccessfully 45 minutes for a customer service rep. Twice! A email went into a black hole with an unresponsive response and I am still waiting to an answer to a question on how they calculate on an annual basis a S&P 500 benchmark for an indexed universal life policy to be less than 1% for a 12 month period when the benchmark was over 15% .

STAY ****!!!!They are very friendly, excellent talk, but they tell you one thing, but they deliver other.200 pages contract. I took to two attorneys friend of mine, and they could not understand.They told me that I could cancel at any time and receive part of the money back. *** TRUE. They are not going to return anything. I call to cancel and I asked to show where the cancelation police was on the 200 pages and they said I can not do that.

This company is a rip off. I had a policy since 1960\'s paid in full for $8,000. Learning of an upcoming terminal illness, I wanted to get things in order-- only to find out that my policy expires in Feb 2021!!!! They supposedly sent me a notice in 1990\'s saying had to renew or it expires--never saw/heard of that notice, so now I\'ve lost my funeral expense monies. TWICE my auto payment setup is non existing in my account and there are no notice of non-payment, only after ‘i’ realized they haven’t taking money out of my account do i find my policy is past due!! last time i caught it on first month, this year i didn’t catch it till today and my 10/11 payment was never taking out nor this month either...why, well cause my account says there is no auto payment set up AGAIN! clearly i can prove there was since they had no issue getting my autopay premiums out of my bank for previous 6 yrs ... read more
I am a teacher in an urban district in ****. Our district brings in representatives every year to speak with us about retirement planning, building annuities, etc. Between January and February of 2020, I made contact with an agent (Zachary ******) and reviewed my current retirement plan. We discussed my current insurance policies and I was fairly well set-up with the exception of a **** IRA. I agreed to open one and set up a monthly contribution. Deductions began March of 2020.
