Todo Excelente, habitaciones muy cómodas, piscina hermosa, salida directa a la playa y una ubicación inmejorable en South Beach, a pasos de Collins Ave. y Lincoln Rd. Excelente el personal en general, recepcionistas, conserjes, botones, mozos, ... cordiales y agradables. Es la primera vez que me hospedamos y me encantaría volver!

My son and daughter in law got married at The National 2 years ago...our family and friends are still talking about it...how fabulous it was and the service was exceptional!! During cocktail hour they served a "Specialty Drink" that was fantastic. My daughter is getting married and wanted to know what was in it. I contacted the hotel and the Food & Beverage Manager emailed me back with the information!! Even after 2 years they continue to provide us with wonderful service!!

Amazing! Perfectly positionned close to all the action but not to close to the zoo... Walking distance to everything. Staff, rooms, pool, beach,,,, all of it is perfect. We have decided to come back in a few month to get more

Hotel clásico, insulso por fuera pero con un bonito lobby. Habitaciones pequeñas y sosas. A destacar el servicio, tanto de las habitaciones como la atención en la playa: PÉSIMO, PÉSIMO, PÉSIMO. Nada aconsejable. Yo desde luego no pienso volver.

Exceptional service and wonderful employees. Rooms very clean and modern yet keeping with the Art Deco theme. I will be back!
