Thank You Alicia *******!!! TY so much, you were the only person at this company that showed me common courtesy. Iv spoken to over 3 different people that were all rude and displayed very poor people skills. Not you though, you took ownership, reassured me, thanked me and then apologized for all the poor behavior of the folks prior. She truly exemplified the definition of cx svc. I wont go into the details of my past experiences but man let me tell you, Alicia took care of EVERYTHING.... Great Job!!!
