I can't say enough about the positive experience I have received with NCC! I always get all the information I need when I call and I especially want to give a shout out to Vicky Navarro for spending the time to go over all of my file information to make sure I am up to date on everything. Anyone struggling with credit problems should definitely call NCC! Thank you for helping me repair my credit!! I will tell everyone I know to give you guys a chance!

I called to cancel our accounts and they said I had to pay for the past month's work. We did not see any change in our credit. We feel very unsatisfied with our results. I don't see why we should pay for something where we saw no improvement. I was told we could cancel at anytime and when I did try they gave me the run around.
So far my results have been great! NCC understands and takes out to explain and answer your questions. They also strategize for optimal results!

No one ever really ever understands how credit truly works, right? Wrong! An intelligent advisor at National Credit Care does, his name is Luke. He spent over an hour and a half on the phone with me last night. He made sure that I understood what he was going over with me and was extremely patient and knowledgeable.
