I was very confused and upset with my credit and Bruce listened, reaffirmed what I was saying, checked into things and was able to give a suggestion after he asked great questions to help think outside of the box and get to the main issue. Bruce was kind and considerate. At one point our phone call got dropped. For a moment I didn't know what to do to get back to Bruce, but he called me immediately. I went away from the phone call feeling great! Bruce was amazing!!
I signed up a few days ago and have had tons of guidance and work done to help with my making my credit better. Devin ******** and Joel ****** have been a great help giving me options to help boost my credit and what to do in regards to my current accounts to keep them current. Joel took the time with me on the phone to explain things on my credit report what he was doing to help, what I could do to keep bringing my score up, what can hurt my credit. National Credit Care has worked hard for me the past few months. I am sad that I couldn't afford their services any longer. Even though the cost was not that high, but life happens and I had to cut costs. I called to cancel my service and this very helpful and sweet lady named Christine helped me soooooooo much. If you are having financial problems that you can't take care of by your self call them. They will go far as they can to help.
