Spoke with Jeffrey great person very professional and friendly. I started using NCC on 7/2018. They started right away and just like that they got 3 collections taken off! I honestly didn’t expect much but they do help and care. We got a promotion because since we got referred from our mortgage lender and our payment was not bad at all $69. Give them a try! Denine was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very good about this process knowing that she is doing the best job for me. She really was so sweet to talk to. In my honest opinion you have a person who really cares about her job and her clients. She really is an asset to your company.

After working with a variety of credit specialists during my time with National Credit Care, my favorite has been working with Bruce Greene! His enthusiasm with my improvement, in the last few stages of my credit improvement journey, was a fun added benefit. I hope to see good results with this company cause I've had problems with the previous company I was using. The biggest problem was the customer service but not here. I spoke with Vicky ******* and she was very polite and understanding of every thing I asked. She led me in the right direction. She answered everything politely and explained everything so I understood what was going on with my case. She gets an A+ in customer service.
