I’m new using NCC’s services so I’ll simply say that the times I’ve called them and have spoken with someone they’ve were very polite, professional and seemed to express a real concern in helping me get my credit back In the positive. That’s as far as I can go and be honest. In approximately 1.5 months NCC is supposed to do a soft pull on my credit to see how my score looks. I maybe able at that time to give a better evaluation about NCC. Looking good so far

They answer any questions and go above and beyond the questions you ask in explanation. Very friendly people!
