Due to Merchant Circle not allowing my initial descriptive review, I had to post twice: I kept National City Self Storage as my overflow for my larger Acropolis storage unit which has my valuables. I've dealt with Acropolis for 4 years and NCSS for one 1 year. I never had a problem in doing business with "Molly" the former manager of NCSS. I always paid within that 10 days and even use my card when I'm out of town, when necessary. The new manager, David Osuna, has zero sales skills and little customer service qualifications ... read more
David the new manager got mad because I moved my belongings out before they could get payment for the unit I willfully vacated. They couldn't lock me out of my unit because I was within my rights to vacate within 10 days off the move in date. David tried to be intimidating, threatening to send me to collections and refused to witness my unit clean.
These guys are the BEST!
When we got stuff to store, we take it to these guys and you should too!
