Amazing customer service and inventory I came to national city auto center to purchase my SECOND car with them, i been so happy with the first car i got with them i had to go back and get my second car with them. Great sales team; Very experienced! The sales team (especially Diana Palomino) was very honest and upfront with everything. I had been looking for a car for approximately 2 months at other dealerships/locations, but was in and out of this place in about two hours with my new car! They were willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle, which allowed me to get the best deal possible. I would recommend shopping here for your next car purchase.

Rusted and broken loose emergent brake pads after purchasing I had to take the truck I purchased to a dealer and have the rotors replaced the emergency pads were broken and rusted when I god home I heard a bad metal to metal noise . I couldn’t take them to them because it was to dangerous to drive back. Then the service light came on and had to take care of that problem. These guys didn’t inspect the truck as they said . I have pictures and proof of what I paid . They are aware of the situation let’s see what they do.
