Awesome customer service! I had been struggling to get a vehicle since I was a first time buyer, I found them online and realize they had such a great inventory. Everyone greets you and they are all very helpful with every question they have. Silverio helped me pick out the right vehicle and we even went for a test drive. He was very honest with all his answers. Mauricio also helped me out with all of the paperwork , he was able to get me very good deal. I would definitely recommend National City Auto Center!!

Car buying Had a good experience with these guys. I went to five other dealerships in the same day and none of them had cars presentable and or no one was ready to help me. I went here and they had everything good to go in less the. 30min. No hassle.
Was looking for a car and found the one I wanted I would've given a 5 star review had all the steering wheel controls work and not having a low tire pressure light on due to having aftermarket rims. Overall a great experience. Friendly people and not to pushy. Just wish I would've looked at the car harder
