BE CAREFUL! Misinformation and professional negligence in the finance department... I love the car I recently purchased from National City Auto Center, however, after I walked away I found that I was lied to in multiple areas.1. The loan that was presented and agreed to was a 72 month term, yet I was enrolled in a 75 month agreement. I went into Nation City Auto Center on 4/14/24 put money down on a 2010 dodge charger which I financed, had a theft system in it and signed a contract which was for monthly payment on 14th for $251.03 over 35 months to come out to $17,137.08 That contract was than revoked due to my former employer saying Im no longer employed there and the financial company took away their financing. Jennifer was very helpful showing us the Buick SUV we came to test drive. She is enthusiastic and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. She and all the members of the team worked together to make the purchase of our car easy and stress free. One suggestion, explain the Guardian GPS that each car is equipped with as part of the purchase price. Thank you for all you did!
