The dealership was very good with keeping up the communication. There were times when the dealership did not get frustrated when I needed to reschedule, and test drive the inventory. Soon as I did get to an appointment, Javier was super friendly and very attentive. Everything went smoothly and the staff was courteous and respectful. It took a decent time to get everything going but by the end of the day I had my new car!!

I got a return called within 15 minutes by Rudy Bustillos. I requested additional information on line through PenFed.org. He was able to receive me and show me the vehicle I was interested in and allowed me to test drive to ensure it was the vehicle that I wanted.
