RecommendedI have had nothing but great service with National until last week at DFW airport. We had a line of 75-100 people waiting for cars. This happens with other rental companies, not National. So, we did not have our normal Executive choices, and it was first come, first served. All was handled professionally, and I did have a great vehicle. I hope this doesn’t happen any time soon.
RecommendedI have always enjoyed renting from National. The bi-pass the counter is amazing. Just recently I had a good/bad experience. I left my wallet in a rental and it was returned however the $200 dollars Canadian was not returned. I am grateful that I don't have to replace my ID and returning to Canada from the US would have been a nightmare. I was dissapointed that the money was missing but it was my fault for not checking the vehicle before I left.
Awesome service. Very friendly staff and both pickup and return were very quick and easy.
RecommendedFrom baggage claim directly to the vehicle, I dig the Executive Emerald Aisle. I always seem to find General Motors vehicles, and since I'm an Executive member, I am able to upgrade at no additional cost.
RecommendedThanks BOS National for getting us all set up with a van last minuet to drive back to Michigan. With three overly tired little girls at 1am, and more stuff than Ringling Bros Circus your team was a huge help. They brought our car right up, and helped me load all of our stuff. They also were able to help us with a car seat since ours was sent on the flight we missed. Thank you all so much.

I love the Aisle. Rarely do I have to settle for a car I don't like. I love bypassing the counter. Car return is a snap. I would recommend National to everyone. I even had a problem with a car in another city and the location in that city shaded cars for me. What a blessing!
