Customer service in Show Low is in need of an overhaul. I waited for one hour yesterday to see an officer. No one communicated with me. Even though I approached both an officer, to see how long she would be with a customer, and a teller to get help from the bank manager, I was left, and ignored. Had I known this, I would have started up at another bank. This is the Show Low branch. I have to return to finish my banking business … 68 miles round trip. Nasty.

I have had the worst experience with them!! My experience can go on and on and on but I'll just leave it as if you want to pay to keep your money somewhere and have them not trained properly to help you do anything then this is the bank for you!! If you dont want to be able to access your money, this is the bank for you.
Jone from the Prescott Valley branch has done it again. She accused me of forging an endorsement on an insurance check today and refused to deposit it into our business account. Time to look for another bank who values our business relationship. She has been rude many times and I can't understand why she is still allowed to work with the public. Enough is really enough
